Preparation:


We handle all material with utmost care. All steel coils are automatically loaded onto the Turnstile ready for processing.

Entry and End Weld:


The strip is loaded and prepared at the end-weld station. This is the beginning of the continuous tube production.

Forming:


Tube forming starts with sending a steel strip through consecutive matching rolls that gradually form the flat cold steel into a tubular shape. Our precision rolls form tubes into tight tolerances to meet our stringent standards and thus, produce tubular products with pristine corners, straight walls, and superior finish.

Inspection Stations:


A strong weld is the backbone of electric resistance welded tubular products. After the strip passes through the forming sections, the tubes are sent through an advanced high-frequency induction welder that forms a precise and robust weld. With this welding technology, you can rest assured that the strength and integrity of the tubes is dependable.

Cut to Length:


Tubes are cut to length by a special flying cut-off machine that leaves the tube ends squared, clean and burr-free.

Packaging:


The packaging machine sorts and bundles all tubes in an efficient, organized and professional manner. As a standard option, we provide rust preventative coating on all of our tubular products to ensure longevity.
